How to Cancel Your Account

1. Login to Billing & Technical Support
   Click "Billing" on the menu and login to the secure billing system.

2. Open a Support Ticket
   Once logged in, click "Support" then "Submit Ticket"

3. Select Type
   From the dropdown list, select "Other"

4. Subject
   Enter: Cancel Account

5. Message Section
   We MUST be able to verify the following information before we will cancel any account:
   a. Control panel user name
   b. Control panel password
   c. Primary domain name
   d. Date you want site removed from server.
   e. Reason you are cancelling your account with us. We really want to know.
