How do I increase or decrease the amount of disk space or bandwidth on my reseller plan?

At the reseller level on the server, we do not permit any automated adjustments to any reseller account by the billing system and is a security measure for your protection. Just login to the Billing & Technical Support Center and open a support ticket and make your request and we'll take care of it.
